Custom Design Timeframes

Custom designs are not available through TikTok shop at this time as these have a longer processing timeframe of up to ten business days. They will have to be ordered through keykeywilch.com.

Return Policy

Keykeywilch will follow all guidelines for TikTok returns timeframes as outlined by TikTok guidelines.

On all merchandise purchased directly from keykeywilch.com, we will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All custom products, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Keykeywilch will follow all guidelines for TikTok shipping timeframes as outlined by TikTok guidelines.

Shipping usually takes two to ten business days. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

Processing and shipping may seem like it is taking forever. We have no control over these timeframes. Pease remember that this is a small business. It usually takes anywhere from eight to twenty calendar days to receive your order from the date it is placed. Thank you for yur patience and for supporting our small business.

Keykeywilch will absorb the additional tariff costs for now, ensuring customers won't pay any additional duties or taxes for oversees purchases at this time. However, we will continue to monitor the situation and may need to adjust prices if the tariffs remains high. Products shipped from within the U.S. are unaffected.
